The visionary game developer, renowned for co-creating the immensely successful franchise Call of Duty, has died in a vehicle crash in California he was 55 years old.

The tragic news was confirmed by Electronic Arts, the parent company of Respawn Entertainment, the video game company that he helped create.

The renowned game designer lost his life when his automobile collided and was engulfed in flames on a motorway in LA on Sunday morning, according to.
